My favorite genre of ttrpg adventure is, “What if a place was fucked up?” Like what if a place was really awful, and gross, and nasty, and had a bunch of nasty little freaks and fucked up little guys? That’s the stuff!
This is a great jam idea; take a real world place and make an adventure site out of it!
A thought on RPG location design ... I am so so tired of tombs and ruined castles. The real world in infinitely more inventive. Consider instead the first "modern" observatory in Europe - Uraniborg - a pre-telescope astronomy island, including the "underground observatory" Stjerneborg ...

I love when public bathrooms have those locks that say “vacant/occupied.” I love even more when they clearly say “occupied” and some jabroni still pulls in it two or three times. Listen motherfucker, I have the shyest bladder on the planet so everytime you touch that handle it adds 30 seconds.

My regular reminder that Fedex fucking sucks! They delivered my cat's rx food to the wrong address, somehow. Doesn't seem like it's any of the buildings on my block. The 'proof of delivery' receipt has the address/location left blank. Amazing stuff!
