The form of the danger is an emanation of energy.
The danger is unleashed only if you substantially disturb this place physically. This place is best shunned and left uninhabited.
The Sandia report further recommended that any such message should comprise four levels of increasing complexity:[1]

Cautionary information: "Something man-made is here and it is dangerous"
Basic information: Tells what, why, when, where, who, and how

“These are regular removal proceedings. This is standard procedure and there is nothing retaliatory about enforcing the nation’s immigration laws. He will receive full due process."
