The fact that both are quite experienced—8 years and 12 years with CBP—is yet more evidence that CBP should be abolished and all of its agents fired. There's no way to "reform" or "retrain" that, it's just a violent gang with badges.

Not a lawyer, but nevertheless hoping a case can somehow (based on the destruction of the East Wing) be filed preemptively and that there will be ways to get preliminary injunctions against any demolition of the Kennedy Center.

What a lot of people who say this is pointless don't understand is that Congress is a stage, and impeachment hearings are the show. Even if the Senate refuses to convict - especially if the Senate refuses - the process is a giant megaphone for driving home what is happening and influencing the vote.
