Let’s be clear: @rthonwesstreeting.bsky.social and Labour own this cruelty

Trans+ children and teenagers are being harmed by a Health Secretary who could stop it all tomorrow

But every day Streeting refuses to end his anti-Trans+ crusade, he makes a deliberate choice to let his cruelty continue
Please read this statement by Anne Health.

Trans children are being subjected by Sussex NHS to the physical torture of being forcibly detransitioned.

This is unnecessary cruelty and in my view constitutes torture, violence and child abuse on the part of NHS Sussex.

This is important to dwell on, because it should be noted and understood that the women who are actively anti-feminist are always happy to push little girls under the bus, too.

I've seen a study suggesting that productivity is highest where there is a culture of trust and good leadership. If your company is struggling following remote work offerings, it may actually be a signal to assess the performance of your managers rather than forcing a return to office for everyone
All the objective studies show that for roles where remote is possible, productivity goes up or is unaffected and there is no drop in team building or innovation. I enjoy IRL contacts on my on-site days, besides needing them to fulfil my role, but I wouldn’t begrudge suitable roles fully remote.

The cordon sanitaire means always preferring to lose individual votes than rely on support from nazis/crypto-nazis as once they are relied upon they demand quid pro quo. The centre-right and big business - not for the first time in European history - have decided to end that and sup with the devil.

Left-wing activists moving towards the far-right is a non-negligible thing, but I do want us all to remember that Sinn Féin is primarily a nationalist party, not a left-wing party and lots of its members (and even spokespeople) are not left-wing. At all.
#spéirgorm
It might have escaped some people's notice, but there is low-key but fundamental shift emerging in #Ireland in which left-wing political activists are moving toward the far right when it comes to immigration, i.e. racism and xenophobia, and related social issues.

It bodes ill for the future.

Not seeing this being referred to as a white male grooming gang, which it is.
This article is utterly damning for the New York Times and also for Vanity Fair and ABC, whose editorial teams were apparently intimidated into silence by a mix of legal and violent threats. Virginia Giuffre did not stand a chance against all this.

This is what gender solidarity & collective action to oppress women looks like, Part 4:

Jeffrey Epstein funding conferences specifically to exclude & disadvantage women scientists.

Many men knowingly participated in this & it wasn't out of class solidarity--physicists aren't billionaires.
Epstein’s ticking time bomb for science: Years ago, before the name of Epstein had registered, I had lunch with a prominent woman physicist. She told me Epstein was funding exclusive physics conferences for favoured male physicists to which women like her were excluded.

More broadly, when all these clowns said Tyrannical Wokeness Has Gone Too Far, they specifically meant e.g. effective mass campaigns against elite impunity for sexual offending; the police murdering citizens in broad daylight, and allied governments being overthrown in the Arab Spring.
As @flyingrodent.bsky.social has pointed out repeatedly, the Harvey Weinstein scandal directly challenged the elite impunity and degeneracy that Jeffrey Epstein typified, and the response was a deranged, all-channels backlash to make clear such uppity behaviour wouldn’t be tolerated from the plebs.
Extra maddening because we are currently living through the backlash to #MeToo, which was attempting to address precisely behaviours and attitudes like this! We are living in the reaction to a movement that attempted to confront this mysterious behaviour head on!
