ICE agents are still out there this morning, photographing schools from unmarked vehicles and then quickly leaving after being confronted. Keep your heads up.

This is awful, but it is only the beginning, if state schools are to maintain funding they have to bow to the will of this admin. Education is being decimated before our eyes.
This is a travesty. African and African Diaspora Studies at UT Austin has been one of the best programs in the country. And for historical context, this is explicitly about reversing the gains of student movements in the 60s and 70s.

One effect of the last two months I hope becomes permanent is that white Minnesotans — who blithely accept that Somali, Hmong, Latinx, and other immigrant communities share this space, but don't really engage with them — start to really see how rich this community can be when everyone is valued.
