Do you want a Starter Pack for fans of funny cricket? Here you go.

If you want to be added to the list, first ensure you meet the base requirements (ie, 'will you cheer for comedy cricket over the success of 'your' team?'). If so, let me know, and I'll add you in.

Curling-fan friends and non-curling-fan friends alike: listen to @johncullen.bsky.social’s podcast. You will love it.
Oh shit how did I forget to post about Broomgate over here. It’s out now and it’s the #1 podcast in Canada somehow. I’m biased but I think it’s an awesome story you do not need to know anything about curling to enjoy. First two eps here:

Top-tier jazz flute albums include:

Bobbi Humphrey - Blacks and Blues
Herbie Mann - At the Village Gate
Hubert Laws - In the Beginning
Rahsaan Roland Kirk - I Talk to the Spirits

Further-out woodwind players like Eric Dolphy, Prince Lasha, and Yusef Lateef also played the flute on select tracks
Kids, if you see the middle aged man in your life listening to Andre 3000 this weekend, be warned that it may act as a gateway drug to much harder jazz

The very first of Chunsoft's Mystery Dungeon games was a Japanese exclusive, but it's worth going 30 years back to the origins of this series, and seeing just how much of what we now know as Mystery Dungeon existed from the start. Chunsoft left Dragon Quest behind by making a Dragon Quest spin-off.
It's new to me: Taloon's Great Adventure: Mystery Dungeon
Or, as it's known in Japan, Torneko no Daibōken: Fushigi no Dungeon — the first entry in the long-running Mystery Dungeon series.
