Sharrows are the bare minimum of bike infrastructure, though I do think they serve a genuine purpose on low-traffic bikeways for things such as way-finding.

It's a low bar, but still nice to see them get refreshed and reapplied.

Sorry, but a lack of support for autonomous vehicles is not among Sec Pete's biggest missed opportunities at USDOT.

For instance:
🔹 Failure to stop Tesla from lying about Autopilot, FSD, etc
🔹 Failure to curb car bloat
🔹 Continuing to spend fed $$ on highway expansions that won't fix congestion

Pretty embarrassing that @governorwalz.mn.gov has chosen to honor an utterly evil war criminal responsible for 100s of thousands of deaths by ordering flags be flown at half-staff.

(Reality: ridership is up, crime is down, budget is increasing commensurate to increased service, fare evasion has never been very high)

I know MN hasn’t been called, but I hope what we take away from tonight is that we take care of us- we are the community we make. I love the energy and positivity I’ve seen from progressive folks these past few months, and I’m grateful for all the energy and work everyone has put into our community.

💯 to everything in this thread

Add in that some have amounts that expire if you don't use them in time, and it's basically just another way for businesses to steal your money and increase the costs of healthcare.
Can I just say that Flexible Spending Accounts are an unhinged way for businesses to skim more money out of health care. Let me guess how much my out-of-pocket medical expenses will be next year, without going over the actual retail price, in order to save 20% of the amount I guess.
