Today is the start of the seventh week of diligently exercising most days and eating less and more healthily, so far I've:
-Lost 13 lbs, my pants are no longer snug
-dropped my resting heart rate by nearly 10
-gone 1/4 of the way through a couch-to-5k plan
-gotten back on the bicycle
