Föreställ dig att Judiska ungdomsförbundet, SKMA, Centralrådet, World Jewish Congress samt samtliga judiska skolor stängdes ner av staten på loppet av fem år. När en judisk person är med i en panel förlorar arrangörerna sin finansiering. Politiker pratar om att judar inte hör hemma i Sverige.

On Thanksgiving, the immigrant children held at the Dilley detention center gathered in the gym for what they thought was a holiday feast.

The kids salivated over a spread of turkey, sandwiches, pastries and pies, a family told me.

But the food wasn’t for detainees — it was for the staff.
On Nov. 16, a mental health counselor recorded in Kamilla’s medical records that her mother reported the girl had lost her appetite after being “served food that contained worms.” A week later, the couple said, children were told to gather in the gym for what they believed would be a Thanksgiving celebration. Excitement spread as families saw tables set with turkey, sandwiches, pastries and pies, they said. The children waited expectantly. But when a parent asked when the celebration would begin, Oksana said, staff told them the holiday meal was for employees, not detainees. The children, she said, watched despondently as the feast was packed away.

Within seconds of creating a second account, after my first one was shut down just two days after it was created, my account was closed again. I was only in the process of adding a profile photo, yet I received an email claiming that my account was “spam” and that it was “causing harm.” What kind of logic is this? The painful truth is that the account was shut down the moment it became clear it was created from inside Gaza. It seems we are no longer allowed to write or speak about what is happening to us here. They are not afraid of content itself, but of our voices and the reality we carry with us. Millions are spent to silence these voices and to erase the truth. I am exhausted by this platform and by how our photos and videos, which document real suffering, are treated as “violations of community standards,” as if pain itself has become a crime. What is happening is not simple moderation or policy enforcement. It is an attempt to erase our existence and bury the truth. And honestly, this is shameful and unbearably painful. Jag vet inte riktigt vad jag ska tycka om att skogsstyrelsen gått ifrån att tillhandahålla sitt laserdata på för trädhöjd länsvis på sin ftp-server (vilket gjorde .tif-filen för Norrbotten 50+ gb stor) till att tillhandahålla det i 2,5x2,5 km-rutor vilket gör det svinjobbigt att hitta rätt ruta.

Fearing that educated judges might rule on climate cases, Republican Attorneys General successfully bullied the The Federal Judicial Center (the education & research arm of the federal court system) into removing a chapter summarizing climate science from their scientific judicial reference manual.
In a letter Friday to West Virginia Attorney General JB McCuskey, the Federal Judicial Center said it had "omitted" the climate science chapter from its latest Reference Manual on Scientific Evidence. The removal marks a significant victory for Republican efforts to thwart a raft of climate lawsuits that the fossil fuel industry has warned could cost it billions of dollars. On Friday, the Republican Attorneys General Association congratulated its members on X, writing that the "Federal Judicial Center has announced they are removing ridiculous WOKE climate science from judicial manuals."
