It's shocking that no one has filed murder charges against Trump at the Hague International Criminal Court. Why? Does the world intend to grant the US or any other nation the right to shoot to kill on sight alleged drug dealers? Apparently, we're only going to hear a peep from Colombia.

I’ll note that while the US is not a party to the International Criminal Court, it is a party to the ICJ and that particular Court doesn’t really enjoy violations of sovereignty and the killing of non-violent citizens from another signatory to its convention.

The strikes against these boats that have killed at least 20 people in international waters are murder.

FULL REPORT: Colombian public media reports that a U.S. military strike on a boat on September 15—the second attack on a vessel by the U.S. in the Caribbean that we're aware of—was a Colombian boat and was in Colombian territorial waters.
At least one of the three victims extrajudicially killed in the strike was Colombian lifelong fisherman Alejandro Carranza. Alejandro's identity is confirmed by his cousin.
The Colombian boat was adrift and had its distress signal up due to an engine failure.
