So..maybe the Supreme Court has covered his ass on these murders as far as US Justice goes, but not for the International Criminal Court.

What Trump has done is both a crime and an act of war. Why doesn't Sen. Rand Paul refer Trump to the International Criminal Court for war crimes prosecution? DOJ could prosecute, but is too corrupt to do so.

I’ll note that while the US is not a party to the International Criminal Court, it is a party to the ICJ and that particular Court doesn’t really enjoy violations of sovereignty and the killing of non-violent citizens from another signatory to its convention.
