During my unannounced visit to the ICE detention facility at 26 Fed, I saw detainees sleeping on thin mats under foil blankets & learned DHS is reconsidering deportations of Venezuelans back to a chaotic regime.
This is unacceptable.
I’ll return weekly to conduct oversight & monitor conditions.
