Interrupted a customer service agent today with "Who the hell still has a fax machine these days? What am I gonna do with that?" as they were reading out a fax number.
At least they laughed, said "yah, I don't know" and gave me a snail mail address as an alternative.

In 2013, BuzzFeed installed a cold brew machine in the NYC office. I was working in SF at the time. Just from watching the slack, I could tell something was off. People were WILDING OUT. Turns out, they were drinking pure concentrate. The person who set up the machine didn’t connect the water. 😳
