I only recently learned that the main actor in this Twilight Zone episode, Lloyd Bochner (who was in a ton of stuff in the 60s, 70s, and 80s), is the father of the guy who played Ellis in Die Hard.

Today is the birthday of Jerry Robinson (Jan 1, 1922-Dec 11, 2007). An influential artist, most known as co-creator of the Joker and Robin, and for his work on Batman during the Golden Age. He was also a political cartoonist and an early advocate for creators' rights.
