...I am in awe of this cast but also in shock because I thought I knew her voice really well but clearly voice acting is magic.

This looks BEAUTIFUL. Mushishi is one of my favorites ever, and I own the whole thing in Japanese, but this is making me want to buy it in English as well.
There's a new English release of Mushishi, lettered by Phil Christie (@kernedout.bsky.social). I adore how Urushibara-sensei utilizes texture in her art, and how the sound effects inherit that texture. Phil does an amazing job replicating that with subtitled SFX. Notes in alt text!
