Elizabeth Shaffer is from the old school that says: don't attempt to address the problem, let it be as dangerous as possible, eventually they'll learn.
also i told jamal osman on election night that elizabeth shaffer had won and he told me a story about asking for safe needle disposal in a park and shaffer saying no because it will "encourage drug use." he was just like "it'll encourage kids not stepping on needles!"

remember Scott Graham was chair of the anti-DSA platform, got kicked out of the Mpls DFL convention for calling a Jewish man a Nazi, was a mpls dfl challenger, & served on the CBRC who took away Fateh’s endorsement & put the MPLS DFL on probation.

Scott Graham does have a way of bringing ppl together after meeting him, but not in the way most folks would want.
For the record he didn’t swear at me, but the two greeter judges at the door of a library who had no idea what was going on probably didn’t need to hear a guy dump an “asshole” on them. Anyway, my team strongly bonded over him not getting in. I don’t know if any would call him polite.

His actions and lack of integrity are more in line with the GOP than the DFL. Not sure how he is still CD5 chair.
he knows the rules too, he's just entitled. if you're actually being polite, you'd understand you're asking for something against the rules and go away nicely. instead, he lashed out

That’s pretty much it. I wish I had time to be polite! Anyway, next time, just ask a valid voter who supports your candidate to tell you the tabulator count! They’re allowed to be in the voting area.

It’s late, I had my first couple beers in 6 months to celebrate the Mpls election being over, so 2 polling place stories (North Side Ward 5 Precinct 1). First, we turned away a handful of voters who desperately wanted to vote for Frey. Problem was, they lived in Brooklyn Park or Brooklyn Center.

4/ Reader, that campaign manager was Scott Graham, who lost in 2023 to Katie Cashman. (He’s now running Pearll Warren’s campaign.) On the way out, he allegedly told a team judge “your head judge is really an asshole.” Guilty, sir. But you bumrushed me into it.

I am really heartbroken over Katie Cashman's defeat. This is a massive loss for the City, for the progressive bench in the state. But I'll take Aisha Chughtai's win as a salve. The ghouls can't take all of us.
