Thank you, @mcqueenfornm.bsky.social for your steadfast support of HB9. Do you expect the bill as amended (to prohibit state and local cooperation with federal civil imm enforcement) to pass?
In the House Judiciary Committee I voted for HB9, the Immigrant Safety Act, because New Mexico should not in any way be an enabler of the violence, abuse, and cruelty going on in our country.

I look forward to voting for it again on the House Floor.

My 2020 Model 3 was the fastest, most energy efficient car I'd ever owned. 65K miles. Multiple NM-OH road trips. Almost 130 MPGe over 5 1/2 years. No maintenance other than tires.

Musk's increasingly bad management of Tesla, and then his fascist turn, led me to trade it last year. 1/

Where we are:
1. With the action in GA, the FBI has been mobilized as part of the plan to steal the 2028 election. And the DNI being on the scene is beyond ominous.
2. After bring chaos and illegality and killings to MN, the ICE assault on that city and others will continue with minimal changes.

One prong of Trump’s 2020 coup attempt was telling DOJ to lie about investigation and evidence: “Just say the election was corrupt and leave the rest to me and the Republican congressmen.”

Thwarted by top DOJ officials threatening to resign en masse and go public.

Do not fall for this garbage. DHS came into my city with an offensive posture, conducted itself as an invader, often attacked residents without any plausible connection to immigration enforcement, violently seized people off the streets. Now it’s our fault people died?

For the love of God, it’s the same playbook. Same conspiracies.

Just thumb to the chapter “Executive Disorder” in my J6 committee book THE BREACH (2022) if you want to know what Tulsi Gabbard is doing taking election data from Fulton County. I tried. First to warn.

This outrageous act — seizing ballots — follows Bondi’s demand that to stop public executions in Minneapolis, Minnesota needed to turn over its voter roll.

They’re determined to steal the midterms since they know they can’t win under an actual democracy.

In Minneapolis, far-right influencers posing as journalists are casting themselves as victims and labeling ICE-watch groups “terrorists.” Their big new evidence—“infiltrated” Signal chats—isn’t a secret, had no calls for violence and urged people to witness, not interfere.

Huh. The House DHS funding bill barred ICE from using the money to detain or deport *U.S. citizens*. Allegedly, Stephen Miller stripped that language and sent it back to the House.

"The ONLY reason someone would do that is if targeting citizens is the goal."

Genuinely interesting. Kristi Noem is snitching that Stephen Miller is the one who made up the bullshit about Alex Pretti.

It would be genuinely useful if Congress can get her to admit that he has been dictating ALL OF THIS just like he dictated the murderboats.

No one is above the law or accountability. Secretary Noem should resign or be fired, but President Trump continues to stand by even his most dangerous admin officials.

The House is right to move forward with an investigation into Secretary Noem. Americans deserve accountability and transparency.

The White House and a lot of Republican members are saying that during a shutdown, FEMA’s disaster relief would stop, but that isn’t true.

As of the end of December, FEMA’s disaster relief fund had $23 billion in funds that are usable during a shutdown. And here’s DHS’s shutdown plan.
