I was on the board of Fenway and I warned the then CEO in 2023 that this would happen. This was cowardly capitulation sacrificing trans youth.
1. In a major capitulation to Trump, Fenway Health, a center ostensibly dedicated to LGBTQ+ healthcare, has ended its trans care program under 19.
It could have fought for its patients. It chose instead to roll over.

Puerto Rico’s gov’t handed over the data of 6,000 undocumented migrants who have driver’s licenses to HSI in late after they requested it via subpoena. Although her Public Affairs spox said she knew about the request, the governor is now saying she had no clue about the data handoff.
