This entire questline is pure fucking evil. The dead children might actually be the least horrid thing happening in it.
The deaths themselves are hysterical though because they just get more and more deranged as the trilogy continues.

Ngl, though - stereotype or not, Lotti is girlfriend goals.
Also, Lotti being a one note transmisogynistic stereotype isn't even a well-executed "edgy" joke. If they were going to do the running gag about her slipping into her aggressive, masculine voice when she's angry, they could have at least reserved that for key moments, not EVERY sentence.
