Yes, and let's not forget that measles is spreading in part bc liberals and leftists are drinking up right wing propaganda on Covid to the point that they now believe that disease isn't harmful & it's ok to be repeatedly infected w harmful viruses as long as ur vaccinated (spoiler: it's not!)

TBH the switch from "we're all in this together" to "back to normal; you're on your own" during an ongoing pandemic absolutely prepared me for this.
