What would someone who can't see the image need to know about it in order to take part in the conversation? What is it about this image that made you choose it? What are the important details someone who could see the image would take away from it?

I'm just so fucking tired of people acting like the problem is "red states" instead of the Goddamn Wealthy Christofash Who Have Been Working Toward This For Literally Decades And Not Totally In Secret Either And Yes It's Documented Fucking Read Something Not About Vibes.

"Blue states subsidize red states" for fuck's sake you can't actually have a country made up of the coasts, a couple of non-contiguous states in the middle and some islands in the central part of a whole fucking continent.

It's a mistake to think of the so-called "red states" as your enemies instead of as your potential allies who've been captured by the fash and abandoned by Dem electeds on a national scale because of the theoretical "blue wall" that was supposed to be enough as opposed to a 50-state strategy.

Watching Dem voters fall into traps where they decide to paint everyone in red states with the same rhetorical brush like...

fucksake do you understand you're doing the work of the fash for them?

Well done to the Dems for re-opening the government so the GOP can get back to work and demonize a plant.

(In the name of white supremacy, mainly.)

I had never heard the origin story of "Tusk" but it's pretty cool.

"We threw away all the goodwill we had built among our base by betraying them, but our base needs to get behind us again and never tell us what they want us to do better, because that's the only way we'll win next year."

We were fighting united.

Then the Senate caved.
The sooner we get past internal recriminations and back to fighting united, the better off we all are — the likelier our victory next November.

Democrat electeds expect the people of the U.S. to back them when they won't even back themselves, let alone us.

Tony Dungy said that Dan Campbell hasn't called plays before as head coach.

He has, but it was years ago now. I don't remember where I heard him talk about it but I distinctly remember that.

I love the photo of the guy at the Commanders game right under Trump in the suite window giving him a double birdie.

Don't even know if it's real but I still love it.

The Capitol building must be in another dimension because when electeds go in there they have a good chance of losing touch with everyone else's reality.

This has not aged well.
TBH the two wolves inside of me are currently in a death match between cynicism and hope.
this genuinely feels like a moment history books will look back on where the Democratic Party was forced to either fix its hearts or die

It's ending SARS-CoV-2 transmission mitigation measures all over again.
IDK how true these reports from anonymous insiders are about Dems capitulating

BUT

En arguendo: These reports come out as other reports of air travel coming to a halt only tells me that PEOPLE didn’t sway them, CORPORATIONS sway them.

No seriously can we make Dems watch reality shows where people do negotiation properly just so they get the basic concept down?

"Oh they finally showed up at the table where we've been waiting to talk for a month" is the start of negotiations, not the end.

Um. They're going to do what during the third quarter of the Lions game?!

I will intend to be otherwise occupied while they apparently talk to Donald Trump.

I actually would have died in my early 20s from my gallbladder failing back then...and that's if I survived that long. I was born cesarean. I suspect a great many of us wouldn't be around to need further healthcare had we been born over a century ago.

I don't even understand this argument.
I just saw someone say that people back in the day (1800s) didn’t pay for healthcare and (1) y’all there was a lot of advertising for health products!

It was just that without any real regulation, nobody knew what worked.
