Trump is continuing his war on energy projects around the country and killing thousands of good-paying union jobs.

These attacks are hurting construction workers and holding back American energy dominance.

Last week, we forced a vote and passed @golden.house.gov's Protecting America’s Workforce Act to restore collective bargaining rights for over 1 million federal workers.

We're calling on the Senate to immediately pass the bill and deliver for working people.

As a former UFCW union member, it was a privilege and honor to speak with the International Association of Fire Fighters president, Edward A. Kelly, at a recent Labor Caucus meeting. I’m committed to securing the rights, safety, and futures our firefighters deserve.

Last week, I spoke with workers in DC from The Duck & The Peach, La Collina, and The Wells, about their plans to unionize. It’s clear they want what every worker deserves: a fair process and a voice at work. I stand with them and support their right to organize without intimidation or retaliation.

For over a month, @sbworkersunited.org has been on strike for a union contract.

We stand with these workers. Starbucks needs to bargain in good faith and finally reach a first contract with baristas.
We're back! Baristas on ULP strike have once again brought the picket line to Starbucks's biggest regional distribution center in York, PA.

We're making sure that Starbucks hears us: we need finalized contracts, an end to union-busting, and resolution to all outstanding unfair labor practices.

We're fired up after meeting with IAFF President Ed Kelly 💪🔥

We rely on firefighters and emergency personnel every day to keep our communities safe 🧑‍🚒

Together, we're stepping up in the fight for workers' rights.

@beyer.house.gov joined local 23 workers for a rally demanding a fair contract.

We stand in solidarity with our house food service workers ✊

🚨Yesterday, we passed @golden.house.gov's bill to restore collective bargaining rights for over 1 million federal employees.

We’re proud to lead the resistance to Trump’s union-busting, & we’re winning. Now the Senate needs to immediately pass this bill and deliver for working people.

I introduced the LET’S Protect Workers Act with @bobbyscott.house.gov, @norcross.house.gov, @debbiedingell.house.gov, & @repstevenhorsford.bsky.social.

Our labor laws are so weakly enforced, and the penalties so minimal, that for many companies, breaking the law is just cheaper than following it.

Coming from the trades, I know workers deserve a fair day’s pay and a safe place to do their jobs. The LETS Protect Workers Act will finally crack down on bad employers who break the law and give the working people building this country the rights they deserve.

NYC is a union town. I am proud to stand with the over 200 Amazon drivers at the DBK1 facility in Woodside who joined the Teamsters and are fighting for the pay and benefits they deserve. Amazon must recognize their union and start bargaining for a fair contract now.

If Starbucks can afford to pay CEO Brian Niccol 6,666 times the median employee’s pay, they can afford to pay their workers a living wage!

The Trump Administration is lowering wages for agricultural workers and subsidizing the cost of bringing in guest workers with limited protections.

Farmworkers perform a grueling job in difficult conditions to put food on our tables. They deserve a raise, not a pay cut✊

We need to supercharge American manufacturing.

A good way to start is to get on offense and stop China from undermining our shipbuilding industry.
Trump promised to support American shipbuilding, but instead, he has thrown American workers overboard.

We need to crack down on China's cheating in the shipbuilding industry and level the playing field for workers.
