I'm going to start a thread to try to keep track of stuff I watched, read, listened to, or whatever through the year.
I have such a terrible memory and feel like I forget things as soon as I'm finished watching, so I think this will be interesting to look back on.

Do you know if you can still view the old radar? The new one is so fucking useless at least where we are.
As it is there's no weather stations near us and the forecast is always off by +/- 3°. But the old radar was at least reliable about the rain.

Oh yeah, we lived in Southbank 20 years ago and that suuuuuucked back then. I really wish they'd run those kind of events out of the city and take the business around it to more rural areas too. It's so disruptive when it's sooo close to soo many people who can't escape it.

I heard about a killing of a Black man in DC by US marshals on a call from someone in the neighborhood then saw it confirmed by the organization @harrietsdreams.bsky.social & here. A Black man in DC was killed by the state today. Make the same noise for him as for anyone else when we have his name.

My husband will be paid on Friday for the first time since September and I cannot wait to buy the good dishwasher tablets, the good laundry tablets, and the good toilet paper.
Also, hopefully soonish we will be able to pay a local cleaner again. A huge help, and feels good to support a local Mum.
