No matter how many times they say it?

They can’t make it true

But please note this because these people are okay with the racism

( meanwhile their WHITE constituents are getting beat up at protests)
Speaking at a Texas Tribune Festival on Friday, former U.S. Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg criticized the Democratic Party for failing to reach everyday Americans, arguing that it “got sucked in” to a conversation about identity. #TribFest25
Pete Buttigieg critiques Democrats for focus on identity
The former U.S. transportation secretary said the Democratic Party should focus more on issues gripping the country, such as health care and housing affordability.

I'm going to actively say at this point that I don't think people should donate to any Dem-run PACs. What guarantee do we have that they won't give the money to cowards to stave off primary challengers?

I mean, it rather feels like the reverse will happen.

I would be utterly thrilled to rid the Democratic Party of everyone who was pals with Jeffrey fucking Epstein

why exactly would I want a child abuser to make government policy
"This could take down Democrats, too."

I know. And I frankly wouldn't give even an itty bitty damn if it implicated every Democratic man in Congress, every Democratic hopeful for 2028 and every Democrat who has even thought about running for office.

Down with the sex predators, wherever they are.

I reject the idea that the most the American people can demand of the Democratic Party is blocking bad things the Republican Party wants to do.

People want good jobs, safe & affordable housing, healthcare, a savings account, and the ability to live a good life.

Don’t settle.

We are literally mad about your failure to fight the real dangers.
But there are real dangers out there that must be fought; and energy spent fighting each other is energy lost to that bigger fight.

Hold Republicans accountable?

How about holding accountable the Dems who fucked us with this non-deal bullshit?

How about the Dem leadership who couldn't hold their members together and let the ones who are retiring and aren't up for re-election to take the political hit?
1. We need to fight hard for a good ACA extension early in December and hold Republicans fiercely accountable if they betray everyone.

I agree that the fight is bigger than being upset with the Senators who stabbed Americans in the back, but nothing will change if their feet aren’t held to the fire. You won’t win the battles if they continue to cave to Republicans who are lying.

Democrats have been fighting for months to address America's healthcare crisis

For the millions who will lose coverage
For people with cancer who won't get the care they need
For working families who can't afford to pay $25K more a year for healthcare

We will keep fighting

While they’re still screwing about with SNAP, it’s a good idea to donate to pet shelters, too.

If you dare show up with “poor people shouldn’t have pets”, I will tear such a new one it generates a black hole.

Families on SNAP worry about not just feeding themselves but also their pets
With SNAP benefits going out late, nonprofits are begging for pet food donations to prevent desperate owners from surrendering their dogs and cats to animal shelters.
