The Supreme Court not taking Kim Davis’ crackpot appeal doesn’t “indicate” a lack of appetite to overturn Obergefell—just that this was a ridiculous legal argument. Pathetic framing here by the Washington Post. There is absolutely a ticking clock on marriage equality. DO NOT CONGRATULATE
