One NZ is busy flogging Starlink, but not explicit in their policies. Are Kiwi customer records or network telemetry being handed to SpaceX? Is any of the data being used to train Elon’s xAI?
Is "some data may be shared with third parties..." enough?

“It's part of this whole rush to just throw everything into the data-driven machine-learning nexus, and then hoping something more good will come out of it, your private information be damned,” EFF’s @legind.bsky.social told @CNET.com. www.cnet.com/home/intern...
Starlink Is Using Your Personal Data to Train AI. Here’s How to Opt Out
Starlink says it may also share personal data with partners to help it "develop AI-enabled tools that improve your customer experience.”

Uruguay = NZ in the metaverse: renewables powering electric ferries. Small countries, big green moves. #nzpol
Uruguay's grid runs on 99% renewable energy. All nations could do this. But corporates & business run government. The world's largest electric ferry will soon run between Uruguay & Argentina. Citizens vote for civic representation not corrupt business interests. 🇺🇾 🇦🇷 🇦🇺 🌏 🌱 #AusPol #RenewableEnergy
'Relief' as world's biggest electric ferry starts sea trials
It is a world first — and years in the making — and when the massive electric ferry moved out into open water in Hobart for testing, there was a "big sigh of relief".

This is a method of genocide that has been used for centuries, and not just in the US and Canada, but across the world. Denying a child their heritage and culture isn't saving them, it's erasing them.

@stuff.co.nz did an OK job of the political commentary, but utterly failed at the actual facts of what happened. Readers are left with the idea Amazon is building 3 large datacentres in NZ with $7.5b investment and 1000 jobs. Nothing is further from the truth.

If 99.5% of the submissions were indeed done by bots, the media should question Seymour to confirm this with GCSB, as it would indicate a significant cyberattack on the nation.
To fairly get "both sides" of this lie, it would be well worth NZ media finding out how many of the PRO-Treaty Principles Bill submissions were produced by bots or copy-and-paste-templates produced and spread by ACT's Atlas acolytes, astro-turfs and junk-tanks like TPU/FSU etc...
When the Deputy PM spouts such easily disproven lies, the media should hound him for days on end.
