From "The Ghost of the Act Party Yet to Come": a hard-hitting look at how charter-school expansion and bootcamp-style discipline collide: the dangerous confluence that could shape our rangatahi, if left to this current government. #nzpol www.youtube.com/watch?v=1mHE...

Kia ora koutou,
Maraenui Bilingual School is looking for sponsorship as we take on Manaiakalani from 2026. We are a school in an area of high social deprivation but also amazingness that constantly fills my heart with joy.

This is a method of genocide that has been used for centuries, and not just in the US and Canada, but across the world. Denying a child their heritage and culture isn't saving them, it's erasing them.

#NZPol Re: This AWS story today.

@stuff.co.nz did an OK job of the political commentary, but utterly failed at the actual facts of what happened. Readers are left with the idea Amazon is building 3 large datacentres in NZ with $7.5b investment and 1000 jobs. Nothing is further from the truth.

If 99.5% of the submissions were indeed done by bots, the media should question Seymour to confirm this with GCSB, as it would indicate a significant cyberattack on the nation.
To fairly get "both sides" of this lie, it would be well worth NZ media finding out how many of the PRO-Treaty Principles Bill submissions were produced by bots or copy-and-paste-templates produced and spread by ACT's Atlas acolytes, astro-turfs and junk-tanks like TPU/FSU etc...
When the Deputy PM spouts such easily disproven lies, the media should hound him for days on end.

It seems the Finance Minister is happy to pay twice as much for a Corolla as a Ferrari.
“Cabinet has agreed to set aside $900 million to buy new Cook Strait Ferries.

As part of the deal; Prime Minister Christopher Luxon has agreed to give Winston Peters a new role and will give him ministerial responsibility for rail.”
