Uh yes Stuff I do actually have a question, why did you start something called 'The Forever Project' in 2019 where you promised much more coverage of an issue that you yourselves labelled as 'existential' and now you don't give a shit and just rag on cycleways while the world burns? #nzpol
What you need to know: Ask us anything about this chaotic weather situation and we’ll try to help
The relentless summer of extreme weather continued this weekend with states of emergency declared for the entire Manawatū District, Ōtorohanga, Waipā, the Tararua District and the Rangitīkei District ...

Stop complaining about the politicians and start attacking NZ MEDIA who constantly LIE to you.

They are now just government mouthpieces.

So Nicola Willis decided to run an RBNZ Covid inquiry, delayed it 8 months in time for the full election year run and is making us taxpayers pay $500,000 for her presumable hit job.

She said she couldn't find the right people as the reason for delays, then got an Atlas Network adjacent guy #nzpol

There's been this hit job on the Green Party by ACT's NZCPR, claiming money was "stolen" from water infrastructure for cycleways.

In fact, their Council invested significantly, more than others over decades.

They put $2.7 billion to 3W in 2021 and 1.8% of that on cycleways #nzpol

Same. Im from New Zealand, in 2020 we had the worlds best response to Covid and a government making changes on climate.
Then fucking US think tank money invaded and now we have the same proto-fascist, corporate-greed fuelled fucks running the country as everyone else.

These mining fast-track applicants don't appear to genuinely benefit New Zealand.

Removing limited resources, returning 2-5% royalties, and paying no tax.

Then we get lugged with clean up costs (like Tui oilfields that cost $500m for taxpayers to clean up)

#nzpol same lies being told all over the world. It’s almost as if there’s a common source
Let's do some quick simple math. We are told that the data center boom will be powered by natural gas (methane) in the US. Even thought methane is a climate killer and gas power is much more expensive than renewables.

However, we are being told this is the only way forward.

It is a lie.

The only reason there's an 'affordability' issue as the population ages is because the government refuses to tax rich people. The richest 350 families only pay 8% tax, and if Nicola Willis changed that, then the affordability problem goes away
