Capital flight is horseshit

Billionaires can go wherever they want, whenever they want. Unfortunately for them, most of their assets can't.

Big upgrades are coming to London transport.

New trains for the Bakerloo, Piccadilly, Central and Elizabeth Lines, more DLR trains and modern trams for South London. This is how we keep the city moving and give Londoners the reliable network they deserve.
All the TfL upgrades planned for 2026
Transport for London has confirmed that hordes of works will take place this year to upgrade the system and keep it running

I think they might, just because the government are doing more and more dumb things that even non-political wonks are noticing (and the press are actually reporting)

I'm just hoping that it's a coalition with a good dose of Green and Te Pāti Māori in the mix to keep them in check

NZ has so much hydropower already it would be straightforward to run the entire country on water, solar, windpower and EVs.

In 2023 a RW coalition govt came to power dominated by #AtlasNetwork trained David Seymour from the Atlas founded ACT party. Big gas getting this payoff for Atlas support.
Nicola just fuelled that fire with more of her famus IREX Class Math

That the polls are still neck and neck 7 months out from the election is more of an indictment on Labour's piss weak efforts than the coalition's utter incompetence in government

It's just incredibly frustrating, we're blessed with an abundance of various renewable energy sources and choices are being made to ignore them.

We all know why, I'll continue shouting at the clouds in the hope someone will listen

Arguing the point over tax vs levy is very silly, Labour should be ripping this proposal apart for the fundamental stupidity of the idea itself and presenting a credible, sensible alternative.

This was an open goal for Labour, for Christ's sake will someone put the ball into the back of the net?

My comment: Ministers seemed unprepared for criticism over how to pay for liquid natural gas and then unable to salvage the narrative once the severity of the situation became apparent.
