The Democrats should create a "shadow Justice Department" that works on gathering facts and analyzing which charges can be applied to the actions of particular people. Create a public database of people and potential charges with links to relevant facts and applicable law.
Ideally Dems would carry themselves with confidence, so that when Trump does something hideously corrupt, we could count on Dem leaders to say, in essence, enjoy it while it lasts.
