My friend Keith used to work at the General Mills plant and I had no idea that Cinnamon Toast Crunch had three chefs originally, also...
![General Mills was not a fun job. I would use an air compressor to blow cereal dust off the machines, then grab a push broom and sweep up massive piles of spilled cereal. By then another thick coat of dust would have accumulated on the machines and I'd start all over again. This was the entire job for 8 hours, plus as much overtime as I wanted. Like there were gambling addicts there who would choose to work 20 hour shifts everyday and sleep in their cars in the parking lot.
It would make a cool segment on how it's made though. The chef's name is Wendel and there used to be 3 chefs, but the other two died of AIDS and it was just Wendel starting in the 90's.
