I'm sure it's been clear from how I've been Poasting over the past few months but in case it wasnt: I've been in a really rough mental state for a while, to a debilitating degree, but very recently I've slowly started climbing out of that pit. i gotta figure out how to draw my dragon characters without like. running out of canvas space. I struggle to convey their height while also fitting the whole character in the image. The answer is of course to increase the canvas size but i don't like drawing at high resolutions... it feels weird

I’m drawing my comic characters now more than ever and it’s got me so excited to finally be illustrating this story. I hope I can pull it off and I hope it’s worth the long wait. Not like anyone’s been waiting as long as me though lol. I started working on it in like 2015/16 using older story scraps

Thinkin about that thing that RPGs do where the battle music changes to match the story progression and how the final area usually gets a sick emotional theme that’s often time dynamic with the environment theme or synonymous with it.
I’m also thinking about Xenoblade and Deltarune for no reason

I know I may be a recluse and I don’t always seem social but you’ve got no idea how much that stuff means to me. That I continue to exist outside of people’s presence and they think of me.
