it's frustrating because autistic people aren't actually worse at communication in general. autist-autist communication is just as effective as allist-allist (if not more so!) and alistics do just as poorly communicating with autistics as autistics do with them journals.sagepub.com/doi/10.1177/...
Autistic peer-to-peer information transfer is highly effective - Catherine J Crompton, Danielle Ropar, Claire VM Evans-Williams, Emma G Flynn, Sue Fletcher-Watson, 2020
Effective information transfer requires social communication skills. As autism is clinically defined by social communication deficits, it may be expected that i...

I have made fake chat rooms / messengers / search engines for movies before and by the time you rule out any design that legal decides looks too much like an existing service and if you're on a tight schedule like for a TV movie you're left with options like GIANT BLACK BOX THE SEARCH ENGINE lmao
i love when people use search engines in movies but i love when people use search engines in hallmark movies most of all

The way @luckymckee.bsky.social navigates "good weird" and "bad weird" through the lens of femininity was revolutionary to my younger pre-diagnosed self.

One of this centuries best horror films!

Idk if it's woke but people don't like when I say all private companies should be worker owned with appropriate profit sharing (if they're not nationalized that is)
"my least woke opinion is---"

That's enough. We've had enough people indulging in the "thrill of a little conservatism", as a treat. Of considering reactionary thought to be a salacious and taboo in a world descending into reactionary mania.

Give me your MOST woke opinions. We're bringing it back.
