Super-cool new paper, using an RCT to estimate the impact of information framing on eco scheme uptake: doi.org/10.1186/s401...
We wrote an article explaining why you shouldn't put several variables into a regression model and report which are statistically significant - even as exploratory research. bmjmedicine.bmj.com/content/4/1/.... How did we do?

In a new article, we test different behavioral interventions (and combinations) in four EU countries. Null results on "light green" eco-schemes.

Cool methodological, new paper in #mousetracking in #econ research. #QOpen #agecon #DCE

Mouse tracking in a DCE can be a useful and valid tool 🔧 to uncover Hidden decision-processes without interfering with respondents decisionmaking. 💡
Gambetta & Origgi on the LL Game, in which agents prefer to deliver and receive (!) low quality.

This paper is absolutely savage but also feels uncomfortably relevant to parts of academia outside of Italy 👀

A lot of psych is already conducted with online convenience samples & ppl are probably excited about silicon samples bc it would allow them to crank out more studies for even less 💸

How about we reconsider the idea that sciencey science involves collecting own data.
