I don't think I could be departing 2024 in a more conflicted state of mind, but for the first time as an adult I can envision a life not wasted away disassociating, but actively improving and worth living. I hope to look back on this post in a years time and smile, that it wasn't wishful thinking.

It didn't take long for Singal (funnily enough an associate of who this post was actually about) to show up and be the perfect example of just this phenomenon. Polite media-backed bigotry will always be the achilles heel of the well-meaning liberal who is otherwise in a position to help out.
Transphobia that isn't blatant slurs or misgendering or w/e might aswell be an indecipherable alien language to a certain type of lib. Maybe they'll get the hint when he repeats incessantly starting very odd fights from behind a block with the 3-4 trans women he's obsessed with, but I doubt it.
