"Gel" usually refers to the stuff that only dries under UV. I don't blame you though there are a bunch of annoying confusing exceptions - e.g Essie sells a product line they call gel that's just a regular polish. If you want to salvage it they sell UV lamps for nails on amazon, they're like a tenner

What's even the current strategy for UK trans folk? This is so structurally transphobic that actually supportive parents need to be provided with info that the NHS has nothing to offer and that your child WILL be harmed, explained in such a way that doesn't make one sound like a lunatic, somehow.

I can see how segregation could IDEALLY lead to much better outcomes, but it always seems to result in 6 year wait times and the people who work there don't ever seem any more knowledgeable on trans healthcare than your average DIY-head and the therapists have a solid 30% chance of being sadists
