I often think back the nationally funded theaters in Paris, and how lively and diverse the crowd was when debating the play during intermission or right after the show
you don’t really get that in the US, it’s mainly just rich old people who get mad if you seem too interested

It’s certainly “flawless” according to the “norms” of the occupying regime. They’re totally okay with killing brown people, as many as they can, in fact. It’s not a flaw (from their perspective) to destroy life when they have no respect for it in the first place.
