The nice thing about newspapers is once they are printed the words are truly permanent. That's not the case anywhere online.
I can’t remember the last time I sat down and read the newspaper on PAPER but this still feels a little dire.
Our photographer Alex Kormann captured the exact moment the presses stopped for the last time in Minneapolis, ending a 158 history of locally printed newspapers.
