Plot Twist: Unwell FC is actually just a new name for Spirit fans
I know I asked for no spoilers, but I can’t believe nobody warned me I was about to have my heart ripped out from my body. That one hurt a lot.
Losing always sucks, but something about the way that goal happened felt like a cruel twist of fate.

I’m devastated for Hal. She’s had such a great season and having the goal come because she’s fighting to stay on her feet long enough for a sub is breaking me. Gotham smart to take advantage of the Spirit being down, but damn I really hope that’s not the whole story.

I feel like Naomi Girma’s reputation sometimes overshadows her amazing performances because it’s expected, so let me just say: it’s INSANE, OUTRAGEOUS, ABSOLUTELY UNREAL that she has only played 6(?) games this calendar year and yet returned as if she hadn’t missed a minute. World class player.
