If you use GMail, AI (Gemini) was turned on yesterday by default and now scans all of your content for machine learning. To turn off, go to Settings>General and scroll down. Uncheck the box for "Smart features."

There's other "Smart" add-ons as well, but that's the one that reads your content.

Share a TV series you've watched beginning to end more than once.

So many to choose from (just finished B5 for like the eighth time), gonna go with a more obscure one everyone should watch if they get the chance

My 12yo keeps wandering into the room just to tell me Half-Life 3 won’t be announced today.

One time I spent five minutes at lunch drawing a reverse centaur and it became one of my most retweeted pieces of art. I resented that so I deleted it but now it can be free again because not enough people follow me on here for it to go big

Come join me in reading and learning about a whole range of women's writing in the long eighteenth century!

It's online, it's only $55 and it runs all year! It is an absolute steal.

(And yes, there will be Gothic! As well as plenty of other things)

The new Running Man was pretty good, as a fan of the original I wasn’t unhappy with it, but the last two scenes seemed kinda… tacked on? Could have been better if it ended earlier or had one last moment of reality doubting. Could have brought Laughlin back or something

Looking up the best mid-range sewing machines so I can leave my phone open on the ‘buy now’ as a threat while I Frankenstein my 30yo machine back to life for one more final project.

When people say that Wuthering Heights doesn't have anything to do with race or that no film has engaged with race, what they mean is that for them Romani people do not count and they also haven't been paying attention. I'm going to share a little material from a recent talk. Content note: racism 1/

So pleased to hear Sarah Marshall and Robert Evans on the same show it almost made up for the horror of the topic, which is honestly one of the most baffling things I’ve ever heard. And I know actual Satanists.
New Behind the Bastards 🐉

Robert sits down with Sarah Marshall to discuss just what Peter Thiel believes about the antichrist and who he thinks is destroying the world.

Good morning Bluesky. What's the most ridiculous thing that you've been told is "gay"? Or at least "gay when a man does it"?

I'll start: birthday parties.

I’m currently trying to write in the Star Trek universe & I’m just now realising how much my characters swear. It’s fine in Star Wars cos they have their own stupid made up curse words, & The Orville has swearing canonically anyway, but it feels weird for DS9. Let O’Brien say feck
