Our government is murdering its citizens in the street under the guise of immigration enforcement. We are the Bad Place.

I went to Liberty University, but quit. I believe in a Red Letter Jesus, not whatever Evangelicals peddled to me all my life.

ICE activity has not noticeably tapered off yet here and in fact this week they seem to be focused on terrorizing kids at bus stops and schools.
yes, there are no real signs of any big change in DHS activity here yet. In Chicago there really was after Bovino left and they basically ended "Midway Blitz" not so here so far.
I don’t know, declaring victory in MN seems premature. They’re still arresting people and brutalizing the community. The changes appear—so far—to be cosmetic

For reference, Minneapolis's "Metro Surge" was 25x larger than Chicago's Midway Blitz - ten times as many agents in a city almost a third the size.

The Springfield metro is only 136,000 people. A 1000-agent surge will be the equivalent of TWO HUNDRED MIDWAY BLITZES at once. Utter insanity.

I know all eyes are on Minneapolis, but there's a fast-approaching nightmare in Springfield, Ohio.

Trump is revoking protected status for tens of thousands of Haitians living there on Feb. 3.

Reportedly, on Feb. 4, 1000 ICE agents are arriving to remove this population. Ethnic cleansing.

ICE is still terrorizing Minnesota kids: "Two vehicles parked while running on Wilson and Coolidge. They watched a middle school / high school kid get on the bus. After several other observers came out and started following, they circled around the neighborhood several times until finally leaving."

Another call for reform.
Section 702 of FISA expires in less than three months.

It grew out of a secret warrantless surveillance program under President Bush.

We need reform before we reauthorize.

In Printz v. United States, #SCOTUS held that the Constitution bars the federal government from forcing or otherwise compelling local or state governments to enforce federal law.

The liberal squish who wrote the majority opinion in that case? Justice Antonin Scalia:
