You know what’s weak & stupid? Dragging us into another costly endless war that puts our troops & innocent civilians in harm’s way.

Strong leaders have moral clarity & use power responsibly. Weak men like Trump make other peoples’ kids fight in their unnecessary, illegal wars.
FOX & FRIENDS: Rep. Jim McGovern is saying you did not get authorization from Congress and that you just launched an 'unjustified, illegal strike on Venezuela.' Your reaction?

TRUMP: These are weak, stupid people

again, every Democrat has not in fact done this by any stretch of the imagination, and there have been multiple statements - here's a few - www.thecentersquare.com/illinois/art... - that condemn this unequivocally but sure, if you just lie about it you can feel fine saying both sides are the same.

The appropriate Democratic response is that the president is out of control.

You don’t need to repeat his Maduro talking points. Stop being pussies.

Hopefully people won’t use the utter lawlessness or recklessness of this to blunder into suggesting Maduro or his government were good, or to disparage the people who have suffered under him.

This is the most extreme, irresponsible, and un-Constitutional sentence Trump has yet uttered in office.

"We're going to run the country until such time as we can do a safe, proper and judicious transition."

WE'RE GOING TO RUN THE COUNTRY.

This is honestly one of the feeblest, slurriest, most rambling performances Trump has given outside of a rally, largely because he seems to have forgotten that this is actually outside of a rally. Just incoherent boasting, posturing, lying, and blathering.

1/2 Remember that the great disruptions of past 11 1/2 months are from the WHIM OF ONE MAN:

—Upheaval of world economy via tariffs
—Effective dissolution of longest-standing Western alliances (NATO, North Amer partners, cultural-scientific-educ-aid institutions, US "soft power" overall.)
—Now this.

Im seeing discussions about consultations with congress, authorizations of force etc. I have to say this transcends any of what I would call sub constitutional technicalities. The president has gone to war with a foreign power and, it seems, kidnapped a foreign head of state on the basis of nothing.

You have to go through Congress for anything resembling this type of war. Round up Massie and Paul types and have him removed. The people in this administration are on actual drugs and have insatiable bloodlust and bespoke mental illnesses. He has to go, and everybody with him.

It's so funny to think "we had a 38-page handbook but we just replaced it with five values" inspires confidence instead of alarm. Like, if you walked into a restaurant and were told that, you'd leave immediately.
