This picture is so crazy that if you had this as a scene in a made-for-TV dystopian scifi movie in like 2014 people would switch channels because you’d ruined the suspension of disbelief.

A second-tier scandal in Trump 1.0 would be a presidential obituary in a normal administration.

A fifth-tier scandal in Trump 2.0 would be first-tier scandal in Trump 1.0.
I’ve been thinking about doing a meta story on this for a while: the second trump administration is so pathetically, world historically psychotic that you likely don’t know what’s happening with his labor department. It’s a constant stream of scandals and excess

Constant.
The labor secretary’s husband was barred from the department’s premises after two staffers said he sexually assaulted them.

Backdoor access to the Treasury is up on GitHub fucking a
NEW — In an alarming email last night reviewed by me, Coast Guard members learned that 1,135 members' direct deposit account routing information was compromised due to a data breach from unauthorized access.

It was only discovered because an officer “reported anomalous activity” on their account.

"We Brooklyn Boys stick together," one CBP supervisor texted Epstein.

"Atta boy", Epstein responded.

In November 2016, Epstein texted the supervisor that another CBP officer had been “nasty”. “I will speak to him!” the supervisor responded. “I will handle it, formally.”
Revealed: Epstein cultivated relationship with CBP officer, causing US investigation
Guardian review of US justice department files reveals Epstein interacted with six CBP officers. The officer investigated denied any knowledge of trafficking underage girls

Trump is in the Epstein files thousands of times, he is shredding the first amendment, he is brazenly corrupt, he is opening concentration camps in their districts, and he is starting an unprovoked war with Iran. WHY WOULD YOU NOT DISRUPT THE STATE OF THE UNION.

The whole D leadership needs to go.

If me & my mum had *allegedly* offered financial aid to assist my brother in covering up his involvement in a pedophile, sex trafficking ring I would expect the police to have some questions for me.

If I was also THE HEAD OF STATE AND THE FUCKING KING I would expect journalists to also be curious.
Graham Smith says King Charles should be answering questions from journalists

The BBC presenter takes umbrage at that, saying she doesn't understand why the King should have to answer questions.

You're saying the head of state should be accountable? You're mad, you are!

I've been saying it a lot, but these deaths line up with what happened in early concentration camps during other regimes: Deaths from poor conditions, disease, or abuse. These deaths are not accidental. They are the direct result of a camp system that is designed to harm those being imprisoned.
I received notification of yet another death at an ICE facility, meaning 38 people have died in custody since Trump returned to office.

ICE is failing to ensure the health and safety of the people it is responsible for.

We need immediate oversight of this entire operation.

the arc of bluepoint is very instructive:

1. respected studio for reliable, accurate enough ports, multiple collections a year
2. one remake every 3-5 years that destroys the aesthetic of the original
3. acquired. set to work on a live service game for a nostalgia based property
4. everyone fired

the world's richest man is directly and personally responsible for the preventable deaths of millions of children, a fact that has had no effect on our government's giving him billions of our tax dollars for his imaginary expertise
I know the US has done a ton of atrocities globally, but it’s really something to get so mad about one *good* thing we were doing that you turn it into a new atrocity. They KILLED MILLIONS OF CHILDREN with a keystroke and a grin, not a second thought. Unimaginable evil. Vought/Musk Hague 2027 Tour
As a direct result of the obscene actions of Russell Vought and Elon Musk in destroying USAID, we can expect “at least 9.4 million additional deaths by 2030, if the current funding trend continues.

About 2.5 million of those deaths are projected to be children under the age of 5.”

Not gonna link to the giant freaking robot article, because they want the outrage clicks cos its the only way they get any traffic with thier mediocre writing, but I will say that if it wasnt for young women there would be no Star Trek and frankly there would be no Sci-Fi.
