They should have Ethan Phillips record like 400 hours of dialogue and he just never stops talking the whole game. You're trying to mine resources and quell discontent among the Maquis crew members and Neelix just keeps going, there's no soundtrack, just Neelix talking at you like Abe Simpson.
This game releases in a couple weeks and this seems like a bad review but it’s also kind of exactly what I want from it

I’ve worked at the Southbank Centre for over 8 years now.
In that time I’ve become desensitised to mad conversations that wouldn’t happen anywhere else. But in my first few years I noted down ‘overhead’ snippets that would be ridiculous in any other setting.
I’ve just found those notes. Strap in.

Unfortunately, no. There is no way to convert heavy water into holy heavy water.
However, if you start with Holy Water, electrolyze it within a blessed Buchner flask, add Holy Peroxide, then freeze it in a reliquary and purge, the remainder will be Holy Heavy Water.
