Absolutely, diabetics that I know are among the healthiest eaters I know (there are of course outliers). Type 1 diabetes cannot just be treated with food, it must be treated with insulin. That was how the discovery was made. This is going to kill more people.
This makes me so angry. My late sister in law was a Type 1 diabetic. I have never seen someone so careful yet so creative in preparing healthy food. Best cook I’ve ever known. She passed from cancer in 2016 and the doctors said her 30 year old transplanted kidney was the healthiest part of her body.

Oh man, how I wish the below was true. Just getting accommodations at work is a pain. I left my previous job because they wouldn't accommodate me properly. I can't just "go on disability" because I'm the larger salary in our household.

Not weird, plus we've already seen the effects of people outsourcing their thinking to others. "AI" doesn't even think.

I just ran into someone doing the whole “don’t eat a thing if your great-grandparents wouldn’t recognize it as food” and I’m begging people to know a little food history and understand how far back you have to go to find food without additives.
