We are building near transit. In 2025, a record high of 30% of homes were permitted within 800m or a 15-minute walk of an LRT station.
In fact, the entire cumulative distribution of homes is bowed out and to the left, meaning even more homes within a short bus or bike ride.

It’s awkward to call out what remains, technically, an allied nation for violations of international law, but fellow NATO members France and Norway have managed (likely also others—I haven’t done a detailed canvass).

This is one advantage of multiparty democracies over two-party ones (besides the fact that you can still have a reasonably functioning democracy if one party goes full fash): can I imagine falling in love with somebody who votes differently than I do? Sure!
