i'm gonna pick this movie down to the bone eventually but considering the time period, this line made me assume that the frankenstein family in this adaptation either owned or were benefactors for slave plantations and i think that adds a whole other messy layer to victor as a person

So it turns out... the US air travel system was incredibly, deeply dependent on federal funding to just run day-to-day all this time, to the benefit of private airline shareholders, when everyone thinks that state-run trains are leeching off the government. Weird!
