I see it. My dad's failing health requires some at-home care. Its next to impossible to set it up.
Even when an at-home visit is scheduled they often cancel last minute or tell you when they will come (take it or leave it).
There is next to no scheduling accommodation for patients.

The Ford government's Ontario Health at Home scandal should be huge. I believe that our culture's collective fear of illness, fragility and death is at the heart of it remaining lower profile.
For anyone who has had to deal with Ontario Health they understand the scale of dysfunction. Ontario Health at Home is a real scandal that will overshadow the Skills Development Fund & Greenbelt Scandal combined.
