Any of my fellow anxiety disorder sufferers have any recs for stopping a panic attack? Like a med that doesn't have a risk of dependence.

I take low dose prozac, and that helps, but every now and then get a high anxiety spell. Not long enough to up dosage tho.

The heartrate increase is the worst.

I'm going to lose my mind if assaulting teen girls wasn't the deal breaker for right, but instead Trump consensually blowing Bill Clinton.

This isn’t a question about what 🇺🇸 can or can’t afford — it’s about priorities.”

NEW: The first two years of Massachusetts' millionaire tax has raised $3 billion more than expected.

And rather than driving the rich away, IPS researchers found that the number of millionaires has *increased.*

A millionaire levy in Massachusetts that New York City mayoral frontrunner Zohran Mamdani holds up as a model for taxing the rich has generated $3 billion more in revenue than expected without forcing...

I wonder if we'll see in 2026 safe red states any primary challengers to incumbent Republicans that run entirely as anti-Trump republicans. And I don't mean Romney conservative types, but dissatisfied former MAGA running on anti-corruption and to the right of Trump.

After yesterday’s surrender, we’re launching the largest Democratic primary program that we’ve ever run.

We will not back any Senate primary candidate unless they call for Schumer to step down as Minority Leader.

If you’re as pissed as we are, join this campaign to rebuild the Democratic Party. 👇
Democratic leaders have failed us again. It's time to get new leaders.
After yet another capitulation by Chuck Schumer and Senate Democrats, it's clear we need new leadership capable of mounting a serious opposition to Trump's authoritarian regime. We're launching our la...

Call the United States Capitol switchboard at (202) 224-3121 and they will connect you with your senator's office.

No matter how they voted last night, every one of them has a say in maintaining Chuck Schumer and Dick Durbin as their caucus leaders. Every one of them is accountable here.

There is a majority of Dem senators who supposedly oppose the CR, which means they could replace Schumer at any time they wanted to.
Dem Senator Ruben Gallego is a no on the CR:

“I have been clear on this from the beginning: I will not turn my back on the 24 million Americans who will see their premiums more than double if we don’t extend these tax credits.”

Shutting down the government is a big deal. People have been hurt in big ways as a result of the decision. To have that suffering be for nothing—to re-open the government without actually having protected people’s health insurance and economic well-being—is unconscionable.
