Reporter: A Democrat won a special election in Texas in an area that you won by 17 points

Trump: I’m not involved in that. That’s a local race. I don’t know anything about it. I had nothing to do with it.

ICE is no longer an immigration enforcement agency. It has become Trump’s domestic army.

If my “conservative” colleagues truly believe in small government, they should join us in demanding an end to masked federal agents terrorizing communities across this country.

I've seen a lot of people worried about using AI logos for ICE OUT protests. While I can't personally verify which logos are AI and which are not I did make a human-made version of the Minnesota Rebel Alliance Logo.

The logo is under Creative Common License CC0.

Or dominate the Senate and impeach the corrupt and Maga judges.

But taking the Senate hard-enough to do that is basically impossible. Even 100% victory in 2026 wouldn't get that unless a bunch Republican senators tried to ride the changing winds and turned against Maga.

I just consulted our Bolts guide to all state supreme courts, and this part is very important — this is a multi-stage effort by Utah Republicans to move the court to the right.

If the Democratic nominee in 2028 doesn't support court packing and court reform, they're a garbage sellout.

Republicans in Utah packed courts because they couldn't handle Democrats getting one (1) seat.

We can pack the courts for helping Trump override democracy & oligarchs control the media.
The Utah governor just signed a bill to expand his state's supreme court by two seats.

Conservatives have been angry at a series of judicial rulings, including one that safeguarded direct democracy in 2024 & one that struck down their gerrymander. 1st step of their retaliation.

The sheer breadth of every fucking terrible person in our lifetime being in the Epstein files is mind-boggling. The goddamn Legion of Doom being formed around this shithead and we keep finding new ones.

Fucking James Somerton is going to be in there at this rate.

In case you ever needed proof that the mainstream media is a complicit arm of propaganda for a fascist regime and deserves no credibility or respect.

Not framing a reported $75m movie making $7m as a flop, but as a triumph and a record breaker. In a headline-over-article world, this matters.

Seriously, pick a mythological tradition—any of them, any where in the world—and you'll find the worst of punishments are reserved for those that violate the laws of hospitality

Blood feuds get put on hold until the degenerates that do this kind of thing get buried

You do *not* do this
Thinking about whoever said that by accepting a meal from people and then arresting them ICE agents broke a cultural taboo that was invented by, like, the first humans to set up a tent

Something similar happened at the Glencoe Massacre, and 300 years later Scottish folk bands are still singing about what an atrocity it was:

Shunning is one of the most horrible punishments a society can inflict. They'll walk past you while you starve to death, not even offering a crust of bread.

some good news buried among the horrible behavior listed:

“The third woman said federal agents at her hotel are subsisting on microwavable bowls of Campbell’s chicken noodle soup, because it’s become so difficult for them to find restaurants willing to serve them.”
I visited hotels all over Minneapolis, went into back rooms & talked to the staff.

They're afraid.

One told me she resents how her undocumented coworkers spend their days cleaning the rooms of agents who are “hunting down their family members.”

Minneapolis’ Hotel Workers Are on Edge
Staff across the city told NOTUS how their lives have changed since the start of the federal immigration operation. “It's frightening,” one said.

Liam is now home. With his hat and his backpack.

We really have come a LONG way in a pretty brief amount of time as a culture on “oh, maybe it’s actually creepy and gross to incessantly perv on teenage girls everywhere all the time.”
there were multiple different countdown clocks until the Olsen twins turned 18

reddit had its infamous 'jailbait' community online until late 2011

all of this shit was just out in the open, it was awful
I feel like maybe it’s a function of everyone online being born in 2002 but I don’t think most people realize how openly and explicitly pedophilic american culture was until like… maybe 10 years ago
